"What a special place - very sensitive and comfortable. Sleeping under the Eagle's watch is a satisfying feeling.
About 5PM, in setting sunlight, spotted the eagle 'fishing' on a sandbar... The Eagle was very particular not to get its wings and 'tail feathers' wet as it waded in the surf. Took off in a great display! Fantastic!... Full moon cruise beautifully serene.

The amenities at Eagle Island will ensure that your visit is comfortable and relaxing. The lodge provides all you need for a great vacation:
- Fixed dock includes 25 x 25-foot deck for entertaining or sun bathing and a dock sink for washing the catch of the day
- 8 x 40-foot floating dock for dockage, complete with lights and running water
- "Blue crab" crab traps and bait provided
- Deep-water access at all tides
- 10-foot, wrap-around screened porch, with hot tub facing outdoor fireplace
- Shampoo, soap, and other toiletries provided
- Linens and guest robes provided
- Outdoor fire pit (firewood and kindling provided)
- DIRECTV® and wireless internet available
- Commercial ice machine
- Ping-pong table
- Horseshoes and other outdoor activities
- Walking trail
- Hammock on south end of island
- Tandem kayak provided (additional kayaks available for rent)
We specialize in guest services to accommodate all requests made by you, the guest. We can help arrange activities for you on or off the island. We provide round-trip boat transportation with your rental. We can accommodate you with an extra boat trip off the island if needed for a small fee.
We will gladly help you customize activities, food, special events, fishing charters or guarantee you a relaxing time with family and friends.
